About the Role
As a Sales Executive at Igiene, you will play a critical role in driving the sales of our innovative floor protection solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
-Identify and acquire new clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
-Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
-Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
-Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Research:
-Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
-Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on market insights.
Customer Service:
-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
-Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Reporting and Documentation:
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress.
-Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
Previous experience in a sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
